Do we offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

When will you get the final album?
Once the client has chosen their images for their album, the process of design and production usually takes about 6 weeks. Prior to final album production, the client is presented with a proof of their album design for changes and final approval.

What kind of albums do we offer?
Flush mount wedding book by Graphi Studio

Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. Prints are available for purchase through the online gallery

Do we provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Digital negatives are available for purchase outright, or will be included with the purchase of an album.

Do we reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, unless other arrangements are made

Do we retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but a copyright consent is provided for clients who receive digital negatives

How long can you keep the proofs?
Initial gallery available for 3 months, but may be extended indefinitely

In what format are the initial proofs offered?
On-line gallery

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
3-6 weeks. Shorter for intimate events

Do we charge for travel?
No travel charges for the Front Range. Travel to most mountain destinations starts at $50 round trip and is quoted for each event.

What is our policy on taking breaks?
We ask that for any event of 6 hours or longer that a meal be provided for two. We take one break for our meal; usually about 20 minutes, but never during important events. If the action is non-stop, we will eat in shifts.

Are we available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do we charge for extra hours?
For 2-photographer contracted coverage of 7 hours, extra time may be added for $125 per 1/2 hour. For 2-photographer contracted coverage of 4 hours, up to 2 hours of extra time may be added for $200 per 1/2 hour. Single photographer time may be added for $150 per 1/2 hour.

Do we charge hourly or full day?

What kind of equipment do we typically bring with you on the day-of?
3-4 camera bodies, 4-5 flashes, light stands, lenses ranging from 15mm fish-eye to 300mm

Do we bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do we sometimes book ourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never more than one per day

How many photographers do we have on the team?
2 photographers on all packages of 4 hours or more. Single photographer coverage available for intimate events.

What is our media preference?

Do we have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
